My friend Anne, (local killer surf chic) Is going down to Mexico and asked me to create some cool bikinis for her:) Here is what I've done so far!

As I took a gander through Ross, a printed shower curtain struck my eye. It said to me" Make me into a board bag." So I made the 12.99 purchase and went to town! Check this baby out. Now I can protect the Caster during my lay out sessions this summer at Beacons:)

CASTER!

Yeah Baby! My caster replica by Hank warner, is finally done:) Aint she purdy? I can't believe it has taken about 11 years for me to replace the original one? But, I really don't think it can truly be replicated. That board was twisted and warped to a kooky perfection, characteristics that only come from being surfed for over 30 years, taken up and down the coast of california, taken beatings at beacons and swamis, flown to Kauai and back, water logged, and baked in the back of my truck .
I surfed it today at Beacons. A "christening" of sorts. Really glided nice and super floaty, I can't wait to see how it feels in some better waves:)

Todays works

I am participating in a fair for my cousins school in Carmel Valley in a few weeks:) I am getting bussy reproducing some of my paintings, and making more shirts and onsies.
