Caster: A Board Romance

It's not all that often you find people that surf a board older than they are...I DO:) After all these years and session of fun, I have finally replicated my old crusty Caster! It was the board I learned to surf on when I was 14. Thanks to Hank Warner for doing such a great job! Erik did the color and now I am just waiting to get her glassed:) Can't wait to surf it at Beacons! The original was shaped specifically for beacons back in the 70's. My uncle lived on the bluff then, when apparently it was a nude beach?huh...

MoonLight Surf

This is one of my paintins that is a bit darker than my normal bright and cheery works. I'm trying to mix it up and offer something different. I really enjoy the mellow feel of this one.

Magical Fishy!!!

Check out this fish! I was surfing at Beacons a few days ago and after I road a wave close to shore, something caught my eye. At fist glance I had thought I was looking at a lost board flipped over that had a beautiful bright orange fin. Then I realized it was not a surfboard, but some creature! A huge fish! I paddled over to it and couldn't believe the amazing size and bright color of this fish. I have never seen anything like it in our waters. It looked like it belonged somewhere tropical to me. It was sad to see something so pretty had died:( I was sad to see it washed ashore but glad I was there to witness it's beauty! I'm still unsure of what type of fish it was?

Tiny Weenie Bikinis

I have been obsessed with swimwear ever since I began surfing about 10 years ago. I have been making my own in my garage for the past year. After a lot of trial and error, I am starting to develope some good styles that work for surfing and being athletic, and other cuts to get your "tan" on.

Necklaces:)
